Spalding Gymnastics Academy’s young stars were all on fine form at the recent county Level Six Championships.
The event also served as an opportunity for the members to progress up to Level Five – with a number of Spalding members doing just that.
In the seven years age group, Georgia Bane (40.37) passed, as did Darcy Orford (40.52) in the eight years group. Up in the nine years section, Beth Mcfarlane (40.30) got through and also finished fifth overall.
The ten years category again provided more pass marks for Spalding as Hester Patrick (41.08), Daisy Cross (40.95), Daisy Cottage (40.20), Isobel Pang (39.83) and Sophie Palmer (39.53) all delivered. Patrick also finished fifth in the group.
Medals came in the 11 years section as Alex Osbiston (42.25) grabbed gold and Jess Wand (40.87) took the silver. Macey Brown (40.15), Betsy Boswell (39.97) and Olivia Butler (39.15) also gained pass marks.
