Sisters have it all wrapped up with new snack menu

There’s now oodles more than noodles on offer to keep hunger at bay at one of Spalding’s newest eateries.

Since it opened last August, Wok Aroma, in Holland Market, has offered a tasty Asian alternative to the lunchtime sandwich – but it’s now spreading its wings to bring an even wider range of snacks to its clientele.
And sisters Sharon and Erika Pascucci, who have recently taken over at the helm, are hoping the new breakfast menu, as well as bagels, wraps and salads, will make Wok Aroma a big hit with hungry shoppers.
Sharon, who has more than 20 years of experience in the catering industry, said: “We are now opening at 8am to offer a choice of muffins and wraps for breakfast, and then the noodles, bagels, salads and wraps will be available throughout the day, as well as some new street-style finger food and snacks.
“We aim to offer a good variety and provide a healthy and tasty alternative to other lunchtime options available in town.”
And diners can choose to eat in or takeaway, with a new “skinny” bar inside the shop and tables and chairs outside.
Wok Aroma now opens until 4.30pm on Monday, 6pm on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and 7pm on Friday.
It is also open from 10am to 3pm on Sunday.
Sharon added: “Erika and I have made some big changes since we took over, including improvements to the existing dishes and better quality ingredients, so we would urge everyone to give us a try.
“Our small noodle boxes, which are just £3, are the same size as a Chinese takeaway container, so we really do offer good value for money.”
