Show success after venue hop

Classic cars of all shapes and sizes attracted crowds to the Holbeach classic and modified car and bike show at the weekend.

A last-minute change of venue proved no deterrent to visitors who enjoyed entries from classic Capris to modified Minis at The Lawns and Lakes Camping centre in Fleet Hargate.
The original venue of Holbeach Academy had to be changed after heavy rain would have left a lot of damage on the school field.
Organiser Sophie Hutchinson said the show had been really well supported, despite the venue change.
“It went really well and we will be holding it again next year as an independent event, thanks to everyone who came along.” she said.
