Shaping the future of Surfleet

Surfleet residents are being urged to attend a meeting about shaping the future of their community.
It takes place at Surfleet Village Hall on Thursday, July 14 (7.45pm) and is aimed at creating a Neighbourhood Plan for the village.
Ideas will include developing a shared vision for the neighbourhood and to set planning policies for the development and use of land.

It will also allow residents to have their say on giving planning permission for future development that the community wants to happen.
As well as parish councillors, there will be representatives from Community Lincs, Campaign for the Protection of Rural England and South Holland District Council’s planning department.
