Session for World Mental Health Day

A special mental health walk-in session is being held at a Spalding shop next week.

Community Mind Matters, a group set up by Vanessa Browning to improve mental health in Spalding, will be in Hughes Electrical in Spalding from 10am to 4pm on World Mental Health Day, Tuesday October 10.
“I’ll be there for people to pop in and say hello and talk about their mental health,” Vanessa said. “It’s about getting the message out that it’s OK to talk.
“Those at Hughes Electrical have been brilliant and said I can do it from the shop.”
