Series of free sessions in Moulton for dementia sufferers and carers

People living with dementia and their carers can meet others, get active and join in a range of activities at a short course of free sessions in Moulton.

The ‘Keep Healthy, Keep Active’ sessions, offered by Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Service (LCVS), may include activities such as quizzes, cooking, gardening, laughter yoga and seated exercise as appropriate. There will be opportunities to chat and socialise.

Sessions are due to take place 1.30pm to 3.30pm Fridays, up to and including March 31 at Moulton Community Centre in Broad Lane  (PE12 6PN).

The courses have been funded by Lincolnshire’s Dementia Support Fund.
