What do you want from your pharmacy?
Healthwatch Lincolnshire is conducting an independent survey and wants to hear what local people have to say about pharmacy services in Lincolnshire.
The survey, will encourage people’s feedback, whether positive or negative, and closes on Friday, July 27.
All feedback provided will be anonymous and cannot be traced back to any individual.
A report will be produced from the results, which will be shared with the service providers and the general public.
Patient feedback and suggestions are valuable and help support and shape future service changes, patient care pathways and choice.
