South Holland organisations that helped the Rotary Club with its Santa Sleigh rounds this Christmas have been given donations at a presentation night.
At Woodlands Hotel in Spalding, Jon Martin, President Elect of the Rotary Club of South Holland South Holland, presented donations to representatives from the following groups: Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, Spalding Rugby Football Club, 5th Spalding Brownies, Spalding and District Young Farmers’ Club, Spalding and District Gymnastics Club, Rotary Club of Spalding and Welland, Hope and Homes For Children, Wygate Park Academy PTA, Broad Street Methodist Church, St Johns School PTA, Ayscoughfee School PTA and the PHAB organisation.
“We could not have carried out all the collections on the routes in Spalding without their help,” a Rotary spokesman said.
