Santa gets help from Friends

Santa made a special trip to St John the Baptist School in Spalding recently to sing along and talk with pupils.

Courtesy of Spalding Rotary Club and Malcolm Biggadike, the Friends of St John made up of parents and staff from the school put on the Singing and Stories with Santa day on December 3.
A spokeman for the Friends said: “The day compromised of three sessions whereby children had the opportunity to meet Santa and tell him what they wished for at Christmas, sing with the Santa, his elves and their friends, eat cake and listen to Christmas stories and receive gifts.
“It was a fantastic experience for all the children and parents that attended.
“We would also like to thank Spalding Rotary club for Santa and their donation of sweets.”
