Santa comes to Birchgrove this weekend

Santa’s gearing up to hear what’s on children’s wishlist of gifts to find under the tree this year as he arrives for his special festive stint at Birchgrove Garden Centre, Pinchbeck.

Santa will be taking up residence in his cosy, traditional grotto on Saturday (December 3) and will then be on hand every weekend in the run up to Christmas to greet youngsters and hand out gifts.
He’ll also be putting in some extra shifts once the schools break up for the Christmas holiday to ensure everyone has a chance to meet him.
Visitors will be able to meet the elves and select their own gift from a wide selection before heading in to the grotto to see Santa, where there will be an opportunity to chat with him as well as take photos of the special occasion.
No booking is required, but there may be a short wait at busy times.
The cost is £10 per child.
Santa will be at Birchgrove on Saturday and Sunday, December 3 and 4, 10 and 11, 17 and 18, as well as Wednesday, December 21, Thursday, December 22 and Friday, December 23 between 10am and 4pm.
He’ll also be taking last minute gift requests on Saturday, December 24, but will be leaving at 3pm to give him time to feed the reindeer before their big night.
Birchgrove Garden Centre is located in Surfleet Road, Pinchbeck, PE11 3XY.
The Christmas shop, stocking a wide range of real and artificial trees, baubles, decorations, gifts, cards and lights is now open.
