Rudd feeling good with third place at opener

Lee Rudd marked his return to competitive action with a fine third place at Three Sisters over the weekend.

The Holbeach ace, who is back after a lengthy ankle injury, was in top form at round one the British Supermoto Championship up in Wigan.

Having qualified sixth in the National A category, Team TRM talent Rudd placed third, third and fifth to secure third overall.

He also bagged the hole shot in race two and was very happy with his showing.

Round two is at Rowrah in Cumbria on May 3.
