RTC closes A16/A17 junction

Seven people are thought to have been injured in a road traffic collision at the A16/A17 junction.

The roads are closed at Sutterton, just outside South Holland.

The incident occurred earlier this morning.

A Lincolnshire Police spokesman said: “Roads are closed at the A16/A17 roundabout in Sutterton after a two vehicle collision.

“Seven people are thought to have been injured, some seriously.

“Investigative work and clearance is still ongoing. Please bear with us and seek an alternative route for now. Thank you.”
