Ros is the third different winner in Welland Yacht Club’s Frostbite Series so far

The race to win Welland Yacht Club’s Frostbite Series remains wide open after Ros Nickols became the third different winner in as many rounds on Sunday.

Bright sunshine and little wind greeted the 11 boats on the starting line for round three, with experience key in such conditions.

Nickols emerged victorious from Brian Cobb in second, with Paul Burton taking joint third position with the duo of Alan Cox and Roger Ackroyd.
