Relax and refresh this September in Spalding

A new series of meditation and mindfulness courses starts in Spalding in September.

The antithesis of modern living, meditation and mindfulness brings space and peace to our lives.

Next month, there are two options for those looking to explore their inner peace. A spokesman said: “All living beings have a shared wish – to be happy and free from problems. Meditation can help us to fulfil this wish by enabling us to build inner peace in our mind.”

Starting on September 4 and running weekly for four weeks, a Tuesday 7pm-8pm meditation class takes place at the South Holland Centre.

This costs £5 per session or £15 for the whole course.

Buddhist nun Kelsang Rak-ma will run the classes, along with a meditation workshop titled Meditate, Relax and Reflect, on Saturday, September 29.

The meditation morning runs from 10.30am to 1pm and costs £15.

To book a space at any of the sessions, visit www.southhollandcentre.co.uk or call 01775 764777.

Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary.
