Raising funds for Movember

The Spalding Water Polo team has joined forces with the Rightside Trust and Ella’s Project to take part in Movember.

The team are all growing moustaches to raise money for the national campaign which supports mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

They are £53 short of their £500 target with five days to go until the end of the campaign.

Mark Le Sage said: “We’re extremely grateful to everyone who has donated and supported our tashtastic event, we’ve had a lot of fun helping deliver a very serious message.

“Men are predominately rubbish at looking after their health or talking about how they feel, early diagnosis of any condition will mean the treatment will more than likely be simpler and less invasive. Get yourself seen and get it sorted.”
