Quilling it at crafty session

Local over 55s are invited to get creative and crafty at a fun, free paper quilling evening at Tonic 44 Community Hub in Surfleet, on Tuesday, February 6 at 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

The free paper quilling evening is part of First Time for Everything, a programme designed by Royal Voluntary Service and supported by the People’s Postcode Lottery.
Paper quilling is the art of rolling, shaping and gluing strips of paper to creative decorative designs.
Helen from Once Upon A Thought in Surfleet will lead the evening, demonstrating this satisfying artform and encouraging participants to have a go and create their own artwork.
The venue and event are fully accessible. Free light refreshments will be available.
To register for a place at the First Time for Everything paper quilling evening, contact Royal Voluntary Service activity coordinator, Andrea Briggs on 07468 701994 or email [email protected].
Booking is essential as places are limited.
