Pupils learn about Easter origins

Year Six at Spalding St Paul’s Primary School have been learning about Easter and the stories behind it.

Pupils went to the Easter Cracked event at Spalding Baptist Church last week.
There they learned about why Easter is the most important festival for Christians.
A spokesman said: “Year Six thoroughly enjoyed the Easter Cracked event.
“They explored many Easter traditions for Christians and what baptism would look like in the church.
“This event has enriched our Religious Education curriculum in Year Six. Thank you to the Baptist Church for organising this for us.”
