Land off Small Drove is earmarked for a range of two to five-bedroom two-storey properties. About 15 would be rated “affordable”.
Bourne-based developer Larkfleet Homes is giving the public a chance to find out more and comment on the proposals before a planning application is submitted this autumn. Project officers will hold an exhibition at Weston Village Hall in Small Drove on Monday (3pm-7pm).

Comments can also be made via freephone 0800 975 5852 or email consultation@athene-communications.co.uk

If granted planning permission, Larkfleet expects construction to start in early 2016 and take two years to complete.
As part of the scheme, the developer is offering a community fund of about £15,000 to support projects determined by local people.
