Ella’s Project is continuing to help provide scrubs for care staff.
The team recently drove over to Newark to collect material to supply Spalding Scrub Hub which was kindly donated by the local sewing team over there and gratefully accepted by the coordinator Chloe Spinks.
Ella’s Project also received some great news when Simon Lord organised an online auction to raise funds to help support the work of the local initiative.
Mark Le Sage, founder of the project, said: “We are enormously grateful for the support we have received from Mr Lord. We are a very small local charity and have been working tirelessly throughout lockdown to help and support our NHS and key workers where we can.”
