Two of the three unbeaten teams in Division A met the week before Christmas in the Pinchbeck and District Darts League.
In a very close game it was Services Club B who came out on top, winning 5-4 at home to Consti Club C thanks to wins in the last two singles for Ady Smith and Dave Norbury beating Josh Faulkner and Paul Faulkner both 2-0.
Ben Chester hit a 180 in his pairs game with Norbury.
Another close game saw Pinchbeck FC A come out victorious with a 5-4 away win at Consti Club B. Craig Woods and Stan Potter securing the win.
Mark Dixon had a 121 finish for the Pinchbeck side in his singles win and Conor Hughes had a 101 checkout for Consti.
League leaders Lincoln Arms A remain unbeaten with a 6-3 win at home to their D team.
Steve Gaughan was on form hitting two 180s, Paul Blow had a 112 check-out for an 18 dart leg and John Charlton had a 17 dart leg.
Dan Gent hit a 106 finish for the D team in his singles win against Jimmy Tenno.
The big winners were Green Dragon A beating Draymans Arms B 8-1. Phil Newton being the only winner for the Draymans.
Division B leaders Green Dragon Z had a scare away at bottom side Green Dragon C. Trailing 4-2, wins for Adam Clark, Finn Rodgers and Dean Peacock saw them stay unbeaten pinching a 5-4 win.
Second place Consti Club Z also remain unbeaten with a 7-2 home win against Draymans Arms A.
Slim Elderkin, for Pinchbeck FC B, had a 126 checkout, finishing on the bull in the last game to secure a 5-4 win against Kirton Leisure.
Tony Brown and Graham Amess cemented a 5-4 win for Lincoln Arms C against Consti Club A.
Jamie Mumby had a 17 dart leg for Consti in the final game to beat Nigel Goodwin 2-1.
qWith only one game being played in Division A this week, Services Club B went top of the league thanks to a 7-2 away win at Pinchbeck FC A. Wins for Tony Clark, Dave Norbury, Steve Rawding and Ady Smith in the last four games gave them the convincing victory.
In Division B, Green Dragon C recorded their first win of the season, beating Pinchbeck FC B 5-4 at home, with a last game win for Jamie Balding beating Slim Elderkin 2-0.
The last two unbeaten teams came head to head and it was the Consti Club Z who came out on top beating Green Dragon Z 5-4.
Wins for Brandon Elderkin and Paul Merrill in the last two games secured victory for the Consti side.
Finn Rodgers hit a 112 checkout and Brandon Clark had a 125 finish, both for the Dragon side who still remain top by three points.
Lincoln Arms C edged a narrow 5-4 away win at Services Club A. Steve Doades hit a 180 for the Lincoln.
Team of the Christmas period were Consti Club D playing three games in the week, winning them all.
With catch up games they won 7-2 away at Consti Club A and then secured a 6-3 triumph at home to Kirton Leisure. Finally a 7-2 away win over Draymans Arms A, saw them move up to fourth in the league with a game in hand.
