Players of all ages and abilities are welcome at Spalding Sapphirers

Spalding Sapphires Walking Netball Ladies are looking for new members to come and join them at their summer sessions.

If you can ‘walk and talk and wiggle while you giggle’ or just want a new activity where you can make new friends, this might be the sport for you.

Walking netball is a slowed down version of the game of netball, designed for anyone looking to exercise in a relaxed, supportive and friendly environment.

The game is for people of all ages and abilities and all sessions contain a gentle warm-up.

Sessions are held on Wednesday evenings at Spalding High School (6-7pm) and on Friday afternoons at the Castle Sports Complex in Spalding (1.30pm-2.30pm).

Call or text Louise Key on 07545 924994 to reserve your place.
