Phil Taylor powers fantastic hospital fundraiser

Pros and amateur dart players stepped up to the oche and raised a fantastic £7,000 for the Johnson Hospital with a charity darts night on Saturday.

James Clayton beat Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor in the final of the tournament that included Wayne Mardle and Joe Cullen at Springfields.

Organiser and Outpatients sister, Sally Brown said: “It was an overwhelming success, and thoroughly enjoyed by all that attended. Phil was on good form and all of them were a pleasure to work with.”
