Our Peterborough League sides ready for the kick-off

Three South Holland sides get their ChromaSport Peterborough League campaigns under way on Saturday.

In the Premier Division, Ian Dunn’s new-look Pinchbeck United side make the tough trip to Netherton United, while promoted Holbeach United Reserves visit Sawtry (both 2pm).

Down in Division One, Long Sutton Athletic welcome Whittlesey Blue Star to London Road (also 2pm) in what promises to be a tough test.

There are some tasty-looking fixtures on Tuesday night too, headlined by Moulton Harrox’s top flight opener with perennial rivals Pinchbeck at Broad Lane (6.30pm).

Crowland Town also get their Premier Division campaign started at promoted Thorney (6.30pm) and Omar Joof’s Holbeach Reserves play host to Leverington Sports (7.30pm).

There’s another tough test of Long Sutton’s credentials in Division One too, as they take on Wisbech Town Reserves at London Road (6.30pm).
