Moulton Harrox were handed a sensational 6-1 home drubbing by Premier Division rivals Netherton United in the semi-final of the President Premier Shield.
Joe Townsend was Harrox’s scorer in the Broad Lane beating, with Zack Fisher (3), Karl Gibbs, Callum Madigan and Ryan Wood on target for Premier Division leaders Netherton.
Holbeach United Reserves were also beaten in the last four of the same competition, going down 3-2 at Thorney after extra time.
Young strikers Jordan Keeble and Fenn Storey were on-target for Phil Barnes’ Tigers – who had led 2-0 at half time.
In Division One, leaders Moulton Harrox picked up a 2-2 draw at title rivals Peterborough Polonia.
Declan Earth and Tom Elderkin netted for Harrox, who had Dalius Kisla sent off. Polonia snatched a point thanks to Karol Cieslak’s 90th-minute effort.
Staying in Division One, Tydd St Mary enjoyed a 4-0 home success over Ramsey Town thanks to second-half goals from Tim Lowe, Stu Easey, Edwin Pentney and top scorer Jake Clitheroe.
Crowland Town, meanwhile, managed a 3-3 draw at Uppingham with Jordan Kirchin and Liam Rigg among the scorers.
