A 3-2 defeat at FC Parson Drove on Friday night saw ChromaSport PDFL Premier Division champions Moulton Harrox fall five points behind leaders Uppingham Town.

Second-half strikes from Billy King and Declan Earth set up a grandstand finish, but Moulton were unable to pinch a point.

Now fourth, Kev Nottingham’s side visit Stamford Lions on Saturday (2pm).

Elsewhere in the top tier and on Saturday, Jake Clitheroe’s strike earned Long Sutton Athletic a 1-1 home draw with Oakham United and Alex Richardson’s effort couldn’t stop Holbeach United Reserves losing 2-1 at home to Ketton.

Matthew Smith (2), Danny Firth and Corban Oldham got the goals for second-placed Crowland at Snowden Field.
