A close game between Consti Club B and Green Dragon A was the match of the week in the Hereward Sports Pinchbeck & District Summer League.
Scott Lawrence hit two 180s for Consti and Dragon’s Jason Williams threw a 13-dart leg, including a 180, in his 3-0 singles win, with eight scores of 100-plus.
Dragon secured victory 14-13, thanks to a 3-0 win by Tom Overton against Chris Hollands in the last game.
Consti Club C are pressing for second spot in Division A after a 19-8 win against Lincoln Arms C, with Jacob Herd hitting a 155 check-out to produce the highest finish of the season so far. Harry Faulkner also had a 102 check-out in his singles win.
Lincoln Arms A are starting to look unstoppable at the top with a 23-4 win against Consti Club Z. Paul Blow had a 15-dart leg for the Lincoln. Dan Merrill was the only winner for Consti, beating Steve Stancer 2-1.
Drayman’s Arms B went top of Division B thanks to a 23-4 win at Green Dragon Z.
Royal Mail Cart consolidated runners-up spot with a 20-7 win at Consti Club A, with Stu Page throwing a 180 in his 2-1 singles win.
John Robinson had a 17-dart leg in his 3-0 singles win that helped Consti Club D to a 16-11 win at Green Dragon C.
Joby Booth was the man of the match at Kirton Leisure, hitting a 180 and a 118 finish in their 19-8 win at home to Services Club A.
