Outdoor church celebration

Members and friends of Broad Street Methodist Church enjoyed readings, worship songs and reflections on life’s journey at an outdoor celebration.
The event, on the theme of The Way, was held at Ayscoughfee Gardens, Spalding.
Children enjoyed drawing each other and also their parents and helpers, which later contributed to the Friendly Bus, a beautiful red vehicle made for the event.
Broad Street music group led the singing and the Rev Alan Barker asked for interesting traveller’s tales.
The get-together was part of the outreach to which the church is committed, including a refurbished building.
