No plea from man (62) facing charges of sexual offences with a child

A Spalding man charged with four sexual offences involving a child is to have the case heard at crown court.

Kenneth Anthony Rosenthal, of Willesby Road, is accused of one count of non-penetrative sexual activity and two counts of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child.

All three offences are said to have happened between January 22, 2016 and March 5, 2019 and involve a girl aged 13 to 15.

Rosenthal (62) is also charged with sexual communication with a child under 16 between March 4 and March 5 this year.

He indicated no plea during an appearance at Boston Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.

The bench declined jurisdiction and granted Rosenthal unconditional bail to a preliminary hearing at Lincoln Crown Court on December 11.
