Night of entertainment as carnival royalty to be crowned

The Pinchbeck Carnival Association is holding it’s Family Entertainment night at Pinchbeck Village Hall this Friday (March 14).

There will be a host of entertainment on offer on the evening organised by Dave Mustoe.

There will also be the judging and selection of the Carnival Royalty for 2025 event on Saturday, June 14.

The ‘Royalty’ competition is open to boys and girls with entries taken on the night. Age categories are 6-7, 8-9 and 10-16.

To enter the competition you must either live, go to school or belong to a club/organisation in Pinchbeck or Pinchbeck West and be available on May 4 and June 14.

The doors open for Friday’s event at 6.45pm with the judging and selection of the Carnival Royalty beginning at 7.15pm.

A spokesman for the association said: “Entry is free but donations welcome. There will also be a raffle. Bring your own drinks and snacks.”
