Night fit for both kings and queens

There’s set to be a right royal load of laughs at the South Holland Centre on Saturday (March 16).

Local theatre group Act II is putting on a special one-off sketch show entitled The Totally Brilliant and Completely Accurate History of the Monarchy (Sort Of).
Written by the group’s very own Karl Gernert it’s set to be educational and funny in a way that will go down in history.
A spokesman for the South Holland Centre said: “An irreverent, high-speed, silly and thoroughly disrespectful look at our glorious (and not so glorious) rulers over the past 1200 years or so!
“Don’t know your Henry II from Henry III?
“Think Queen Anne is a type of furniture?
“Do you have strong opinions on Richard III?
“Love history at school? Hate history at school? Fall asleep in history at school?
“Then this show is for you!”
Tickets for the show, which starts at 7.30pm are £12 or £10 for concessions and there’s an £8 per ticket price for bookings of ten or more.
They’re available from www.southhollandcentre.co.uk
