New Tulips Supporters’ Club launches

Spalding United’s new fan group, the Tulips Supporters’ Club, has officially launched.
The group used Saturday’s game against Coventry Sphinx to launch the new initiative.
The group describes itself as ‘a passionate group of super fans that have joined forces’.
The volunteers have helped deck out the new club shop and referees’ room and are running coaches to away games, including this Saturday’s trip to Stratford Town in the FA Cup.
They’ve also sponsored player Danny Draper.
A spokesman said: “The committee has been formed, the ideas are flowing and being put into action at this very moment!
“We’ve so many exciting things planned for the 23/24 season.”
On the launch day they continued: “We had an awesome day.
“Welcome to all of our new members.”
