New start for office?

A former sorting office in Spalding town centre could be ripe for redevelopment after ‘sold’ signs appeared.
The building has been empty for around 20 years and is on a prominent site in the town, off the Sheepmarket.
It went on the market for £380,000 in March. It had been priced with a guide of £420,000 in 2018.
But Longstaff Commercial’s website now has it marked as sold subject to contract. Potential uses listed with the particulars include retail, hotel, residential or a pub.
