The parents of a murdered teenager appeared at The Old Bailey this week.
Sarah Walker (37), and Scott Walker (50), of Century Square, Millfield, Peterborough, were charged with the murder of Bernadette Walker in September.
The 17-year-old was reported missing by her parents after she had not been seen for three days.
Police officers extensively searched the A16 corridor around Cowbit but no body has found.
The murder charge against Sarah Walker was dropped in the court appearance, by video link, this week. She was charged with two counts of perverting the course of justice.
Scott Walker remains charged with murder as well as two new counts of perverting the course of justice. Both have been remanded to appear again at The Old Bailey on January 29.
Bernadette was reported missing on July 21 and officers have been carrying out extensive enquiries to find her body.
