It’s tight at the top of the Peterborough and District Football League Premier Division with fourth placed Moulton Harrox moving within three points of leaders Uppingham Town with a game in hand.
For the second week in a row Moulton won 6-1, this time at home to Stamford Belvedere.
Joe Townsend scored two as did Nathan Smith off the bench.
Declan Earth also netted for Harrox as did Louis Steadman before he was given a straight red card.
The South Holland sides that made up the bottom two in the division both won.
Tydd were bottom, but came from behind to beat Ramsey Town 2-1 with goals from Jamie Biggs and an 89th minute winner from Bradley Easey.
They remain in the bottom two though because of Holbeach United Reserves’ 5-2 win at home to Oundle Town.
A Jordan Keeble brace plus goals from Kieron McConnell, Aaron Pike and Connor Bell earned a third win of the season in the league.
In Division One, Jamal Nygang and Harry Munson was on target for Long Sutton Athletic but they lost 3-2 to Glinton and Northborough.
Whaplode Drove Rovers won the meeting of two local sides in Division Two.
Two from Adam Richardson and goals from Ryan Ellwood, Kane Gilbert and Jamie Steward gave the away side the win over Sutton Bridge United for whom Alex Clements-Limb and Craig Pack netted.
Amid a host of games being called off for water-logged pitches, Long Sutton Athletic Reserves were one of those to do well to get their game on, only for them to lose 12-0 to YDP.
In Division Four, South Lincolnshire Swifts lost 2-1 at Cardea Reserves.
All of the goals came in the first 12 minutes, Jack Brittain halving the deficit for the Swifts after they had found themselves 2-0 down after ten minutes.
