Moulton driver fined for failing to give details

A Moulton woman has been fined £301 for failing to give police the details of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Beverly Jane Thompson (53), of High Street, also had her driving licence endorsed with six points and was ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 to fund victim services.

The incident related to a Peugeot vehicle and the details offence occurred on February 22, 2017. Thompson was not present when the case was heard at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (May 2).
