Man who failed to attend court on heroin charge was in jail

An imprisoned Spalding man faces another court appearance upon his release.

Aron Duff (38) is charged with possession of heroin in the town on November 22.

He failed to appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday as scheduled.

It was then established that he had been jailed for 18 weeks before Christmas for another matter.

The possession case against Duff, of The Meadows, was adjourned to March 6.
