Man denies sex offences against teenager

A Holbeach man will stand trial at Lincoln Crown Court after he denied five sex offences against a teenage girl.

Tom Louth, 34, of East Elloe Avenue, Holbeach, pleaded not guilty to five charges when he appeared at Lincoln Crown Court today (Tuesday.)

Louth denied three charges of sexual assault and two charges of assault by penetration.

The offences are alleged to have occured on dates between April 29 and May 8 last year.

Judge John Pini QC adjourned the case for a trial beginning at Lincoln Crown Court on May 23 next year.

The trial is expected to last four days.

Louth was granted unconditional bail until his trial.
