Man denies murder of Colette Law

A man has denied murdering a woman whose body was found in a Spalding churchyard.

At Lincoln Crown Court last week, Paul Neilson, of Priory Road, Spalding pleaded not guilty to murder and manslaughter charges following the death of Colette Law earlier this year.
The 26-year-old’s body was found in a tent in the grounds of St Mary and St Nicholas Church on Monday July 17.
The murder charge is dated as the incident having took place on Monday, July 10.
A provisional trial date for January 22 was set after Neilson appeared in court last July.
