Man charged with public order offences around Spalding

A 31-year-old man has been charged with 13 offences including assaulting a shop worker and six breaches of a Criminal Behaviour Order, following his arrest in Spalding.

Anthony Taylor, of no fixed address, has also been charged with three counts of shop theft, a public order offence, resisting arrest and a breach of court bail conditions.

He was arrested in the town’s Hall Place last Wednesday (June 11) and appeared before Lincolnshire Magistrates’ Court two days later.

He is due to appear before the same court in July and was remanded in custody.
