A Spalding man admitted making indecent photographs of children when he appeared at Lincoln Crown Court.
Richard Wilson, 43, of Chestnut Avenue, Spalding pleaded guilty to three offences of making indecent photographs of children which all occurred on 28 June 2020.
The charges relate to 56 images in the most serious category of A, 35 category B images and 64 category C images.
Defence barrister Anna Soubry told the court Wilson had no previous convictions and asked for sentence to be adjourned for the preparation of a probation report.
“This was a one-off, a moment of complete madness,” Miss Soubry explained. “It is now of some age and there has been no suggestion at all of any repetition.”
Judge Catarina Sjolin Knight agreed to the request and adjourned sentence until August 4 at Lincoln Crown Court.
The Judge warned Wilson that she was making no promises about the sentence he would receive but advised him to co-operate with the Probation Service.
“You have pleaded guilty to three offences which I know you know are serious matters,” Judge Sjolin Knight said.
Wilson was granted bail until his sentence date. He will also now have to notify on the Sex Offenders’Register.
