Man (73) in court over charges of attempted rape and sexual assaults on children as young as three

A 73 year old Spalding man has been sent for trial at Lincoln Crown Court on a range of historic allegations of sexual assaults on children aged between three and 15 years old.

David Walker of Coronation Close entered no pleas at Boston Magistrates Court to the five allegations of sexual assault and three of attempted rape, all of which are said to have taken place between May 2004 and June 2012.

Walker was sent for trial at Lincoln Crown Court with a first hearing on February 16 and he was granted unconditional bail.
