Lounge to open for breakfast

The new Petalo Lounge at Springfields is all set to open next week.

The new bar and eatery opens its doors for breakfast at 9am on Wednesday, November 6.
It’s been created on the former site of Frankie and Bennies in the shopping outlet.
Gemma Irwin, head of community at Loungers, says: “We are delighted to be opening Petalo Lounge at Springfields Outlet.
“Our Lounges strive to put community at the heart of hospitality and our teams always go the extra mile to make a difference.
“They are actively encouraged to connect with their communities by working with local groups, charities, organisations and businesses that are at the heart of the fabric of local life. We are very much looking forward to welcoming local residents and shoppers to Petalo Lounge.”
Ian Sanderson, head of Springfields says: “Petalo Lounge perfectly fits our destination as it appeals to a diverse customer base and offers something for everyone with its inclusive menu variations, including vegan, gluten-free and children’s options. The ‘home-from-home’ atmosphere makes it the perfect place for visitors to relax and take a break during their day out at Springfields.
“We look forward to welcoming the new restaurant in November, expanding our food offering for our visitors ahead of the busy festive period.”
