Long Sutton 2nd boast the South Holland bragging rites after seeing off Spalding 2nd 4-1 on Saturday.
The two sides were locked together at 1-1 in the first half, with Gary Hales’ opener cancelled out by Aaron Scholes at the Peele Leisure Centre.
It was all about Sutton after the break, though, as Hales, Daniel Batten and Stef Fox all netted to seal a memorable Division 3NW victory.
Up in the Premier Division, Spalding 1st are bottom after suffering a 5-1 home reverse against Letchworth 1st.
The hosts fell 2-0 down at Glen Park, but a silky run and finish by George Halgarth pulled one back before the break.
Spalding pushed for a leveller after the interval but three further goals from the hosts leave them winless after four games.
Long Sutton 1st are also without a win after four matches in Division 2NW following a 2-1 defeat at City of Peterborough 4th on Saturday.
In Division 4NW, Spalding 3rd picked up a 0-0 draw against hosts Kettering 3rd and are third in the standings.
They were indebted to a man-of-the-match showing from keeper Oscar Haunch.
Down in Division 5NW, Long Sutton 3rd enjoyed a big 7-0 home success over St Ives 5th.
Troy Croxford (2), Eddie Hales (2), Sam Bartlett, Tom Burton and Luke Jackson all found the net to move their side up to sixth place.
Divisional rivals Spalding 4th had a tougher time of it as they were thrashed 5-0 at home by Cambridge University 4th.
p Spalding Poachers 1st suffered their second defeat of the East Women’s League Division 1NW season on Saturday as Ipswich 2nd handed them a 5-1 reverse.
All of the Ipswich goals came in the first half, rendering a Charlotte Maplethorpe strike after the interval as mere consolation.
It was a tough day for Long Sutton 1st in Division 2NW, too.
They are bottom of the early season standings after a 6-0 home humbling at the hands of Newmarket 1st.
In Division 3NW, Spalding 2nd enjoyed a 2-0 victory over Huntingdon 1st.
Karen Timby and Amy Naylor got the goals for the Poachers, who are fourth in the standings.
Elsewhere, Spalding 3rd suffered a 6-1 defeat at March Town 1st in Division 4NW.
Long Sutton ladies’ 2nd are still winless in Division 5NW after a 6-0 beating at St Ives 3rd.
