Evocative scenes of the Long Sutton area now cover the whole year.
The town’s Market House Photographic Group has produced two new calendars for 2018; its now traditional Long Sutton and District and, new for this year, Farming Life. The Farming Life pictures were voted for by visitors at a recent event.
Long Sutton & District features photographs within a six-mile radius of Long Sutton.
The Photo Group meets monthly at the Market House. It has held three photographic exhibitions, two of which have been in conjunction with Long Sutton Civic Society. The group continues to attract new members, and its novice sessions are proving popular.
You can buy the calendars, £5 each, at the Market House, Long Sutton. It is hoped Sutton Bridge library will also stock them. l Long Sutton Church Hall hosts the group’s annual exhibition on Saturday, September 2, 10am-4pm.
It will feature members’ work and also the entrants and winners of the Lincolnshire Towns and Village Competition.
