Lincolnshire Field Products Ltd has acknowledged the loyal service of seven members of staff.
Five of the employees are deployed within the farming division, with the other two located at the production facility at Wykeham near Spalding.
All of the recipients have achieved more than 25 years of service each, which is a great achievement and deserved to be acknowledged, said a spokesman.
All were presented with a gold watch with an engraved plaque by managing director, Robin Hancox.
He thanked them for their loyalty and hard work, and said that despite the challenging and unusual year We have all experienced due to COVID-19, he was very pleased to be able to present the awards, albeit at a social distance.
