The Spalding branch of the Lions organisation has been thanked for donating more than 100,000 pairs of spectacles.
The group has been collecting since 2002 for an appeal launched by Chichester Lions, which gives them to the charity Medico France, which refurbishes them for eye clinics in developing countries across the world.
Spalding’s collections were initially run by David Watts until 2013 when John and Sue Steel took over.
They recently took the latest batch to Chichester, taking the Spalding total to 101,700.
A spokesman said: “This is not the end of our collection and we hope that the residents of Spalding and surrounding villages will continue to support us by taking their used unwanted spectacles to one of our collection points.”
Collection points are: Johnson Community Hospital, Munro Medical Centre, Beechfield Medical Centre, Molsom Optician, Vision Express, Eye Care Centre, Specsavers, Boots Opticians, Stewart House Medical Centre in Boston, Clarke Family eye care in Donington, Gosberton Medical Centre, Pinchbeck Pharmacy, Moulton Medical Centre, Specsavers Holbeach, Swineshead Lincs Co-op Pharmacy and Pinchbeck East School reception.
