Spalding Lions’ latest Gin and Prosecco Evening was a corking event and you can still purchase tickets for the next one.
On Friday, February 2 a number of people sampled the drinks at the Services Club in High Street, Spalding, all raising hundreds of pounds for the charities that the Lions support in South Holland.
And don’t worry if you missed out – there’s another evening on Friday, February 16.
This event is a special fund-raiser for the Mia and Me Appeal set up to help improve the quality of life of the 18-month-old who has as an abnormal brain and is one of only a few 100 in the world to have Coffin-Siris-Syndrome (CSS).
The Services Club event starts at 7.30pm and includes a cocktail, three different gins and three proseccos to try and a ploughman’s platter.
