Lions help charity forge ahead

The Spalding Lions have donated £200 to a Spalding institution.

A spokesman for the club said: “Members voted to present The Friends of Chain Bridge Forge with a donation to help them to continue with their aim of preserving the site as a living museum.
“Lions Julie Grant and Trevor Gilliatt presented Geoff Taylor and Ryan Atkin with a cheque to show our support of the group.
“Spalding Lions wish them continued success with this local enterprise.”
