Lincoln Arms A secured the Dewhursts Trophies Pinchbeck and District Summer League Division A title with one game to play. A comprehensive 21-6 win at their D team counterparts settled matters. Jimmy Tenno had a 110 checkout and an 18-dart leg in his singles and, with partner Paul Blow, recorded a 17-dart leg.
Dean Murray hit a 180 and an 18-dart leg with his partner John Charlton in their pairs victory. Dan Gent had a 15-dart leg for the D team in his 2-1 singles loss to Murray. Tony Spinks was the only winner for the D team, beating Charlton 3-0 in the last game.
Consti Club C have one hand on runners-up spot after a 16-11 home win over third-placed Services Club B. The standout game saw Jacob Herd (Consti) beat Dave Norbury 2-1, with both players hitting 180s and producing 10 100-plus scores between them. Tony Clark of Services hit a 180 and a 109 checkout.
In a tight game at Consti Club Z, visitors Green Dragon A came out 14-13 winners, thanks to a 2-1 last game win for Sean Trafford against George Merrill. Kieran Grove had a 104 finish for the Dragon.
Pied Calf remain a point clear at the top of Division B after a 19-8 win at Lincoln Arms C. Stu Page was on form for Calf, hitting a 180 and a 17-dart leg. Jason Vines recorded a 117 checkout.
Lincoln’s Duane Harrison had a 180 in his last-game win over Josh Ford.
Second-placed Drayman’s Arms won 15-12 at Green Dragon Z, with Richard Fuller having a 147 finish.
Division C leaders Pinchbeck FC B remain unbeaten after a comfortable 21-6 win in their derby against their C team. Gary Coomes and Graeme Mathews were the only successes for the C team.
With both Services Club A and Consti Club D chasing second place, it was Services who came out on top 14-13 thanks to a 2-1 win for Sarah O’Driscoll, who beat Danny Drage in the last game. Connor MacKenzie produced the game of the night, beating Consti’s Jonny Robinson 3-0.
