LETTERS – Wheelie bins are confusing

Start! Three wheelie bins, different colour lids only, simple!

Then collection days? Black lids on weeks one and three? Blue lid week two, but purple week four, plus orange lidded caddy each week coloured dye to be determined!

Now you already have a garden waste wheelie bin, either a new colour lid or new bin. No collection knowledge available.

My head ached just trying to decipher this nonsense, cost unmentioned!
